Why do videos open in my browser?
Show episodes and highlights are hosted on YouTube, so the app hands them to your browser or the YouTube app for the best playback experience.
My picks or points look wrong.
Picks lock at kickoff and are graded only when a final result is posted — games without an official final stay pending. If something still looks off after the final, email us with the game and what you expected.
